The work belongs to the ex voto category that gathers the believers purposes to the Dipodi Holy Virgin Mary de Puris; in the center of the ex vote it's easy to find the letter “M” which stands for Mary or the initials “PGR”, for the grace received. The work has a heart shape and in the middle there is a crown on the top and the monogram of Holy Mary under it.
